Projects include numerous Automotive Industrial, Commercial and Institutional projects for Ford Motor Company (Canada, Mexico and USA), General Motors (Canada, Mexico and USA), Toyota (Canada and USA), Honda (Canada and USA), Hyundai, Subaru, Volkswagon, DURR, Embraer, Meridian Automotive, US Army Corps of Engineers, Johnson Controls, Sunlogics and Wayne County Building Authority. Project highlights include: Ford Reseach and Engineering Facility, and World Headquarters in Dearborn,MI; Several Paint Shops throughout the US midwest Toyota and Honda Assembly Plants in Ontario, Canada Ford Assembly Plant in Mexico City, Mexico. Embraer Executive Jet manufacturing facility in Melbourne, FloridaWell versed and experienced in various contract delivery methods including Lump Sum, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, GMP, CM Services and P3 Development proposals.

Chief Estimator in charge of the estimating staff and Project Manager for numerous Design-Build developments, Tim Horton's Restaurants, Revenue Canada facilties and Elementary school projects.
