Primary responsibility for acquiring new business relationships for retail financing while deepening existing relationships and serving as the key liaison with all internal Wells Fargo operations on behalf of the relationships. Accountable for all aspects of sales volume and revenue growth of high volume retail client relationships within three state territory (Colorado, Utah, Wyoming) Target relationships with annual sales between $2 million and $50 million.

Responsibilities of 4 Operational Departments span of control including 5 direct reports and 35 employees. including managing budget, costs, cycle time, quality controls, cost reductions, compliance, and personnel promotions and retention of employees. Manage budget under span of control including forecasting for senior management, cost take out and cost avoidance projects for budget reduction and cost savings to consistency meeting and operating under budget

Manage and responsible for all aspects of branch success and key performance indicators: Growth, revenue, profit, bad debt, hiring, personnel development and retention.

Responsible for sales production for financial services: 1st mortgages, 2nd mortgages, debt consolidation loans, home improvements loan, car loans, revolving loans, credit cards, loan insurances and protection plans.
