I lead a high performing team responsible for readiness and adoption across the risk product portfolio at Northwestern Mutual. As stewards of the risk product portfolio, my team is responsible for preparing the home office and distribution system for for key product rollouts to maximizing product adoption and growth, while also mitigating barriers and points of friction. We work as strategy and execution partners charged with accelerating Risk Product sales growth for new product introductions and enhancements.

As an Assistant Director in Field Experience Alignment I am a member of a newly formed team responsible for improving the way we work with, and deliver value to, our field force. Across the home office there are countless priorities and projects in flight at any given time. The role of my team is to use a data driven approach to guide, direct, and prioritize these projects in order to maximize the benefit to the distribution arm of the organization.

As a holistic performance consultant it is my responsibility to support the Network Offices and ensure our leadership teams in the field are successful. I am part of a team designed to work in conjunction with the Regional Planning Consulting team. Together we are responsible for partnering with Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Directors for offices to uncover opportunities, solve issues, maximize growth and improve business performance. My team evaluates 5 key performance dimensions (New Rep Growth and Development, Career Advisor Productivity, Leadership & Culture, Financial and Supervision) to create an action plan tailored to the needs of the network office. Then I work with the leadership in the field to ensure the plans are executed and they have everything they need to be successful.I leverage my background as a leader, coach, and problem solver to achieve this.

Leveraging my years in senior level supply chain management, I work to ensure that the supply chain tools developed by JDA are the most functional and user friendly on the market. By keeping a close a close pulse on the needs of the customer, projects are generated to ensure we continue to adapt our dynamic supply chain tools. As a Business Analyst of New Product Development, my job is to manage those projects and ensure they results in the best supply chain management tools available, the type of products I would have wanted to use as a supply chain operations manager. I do this by leveraging my experience in the field and working with a team of software developers who make the software, so they understand exactly how the tools need to look and feel.Currently we are rebuilding our supply chain tools from scratch and moving to a web based system in an effort to produce an product vastly superior to any on the market. As we build this new software my peers and I will play a key role in managing large scope projects which will be the cornerstone of JDA's business for years to come.
