The supply chain organization of over 400 employees and contractors provide services that cover over 35,000 square miles of service territory, 90 plus crew locations, $100 million of material inventory transactions per year and over 500,000 financial transactions a year.

As a direct report to the CEO of National Grid USA, led the PeopleSoft ERP and STORMS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementation. Directed a team of over 200 employees and consultants during the business alignment, conceptual design, build, testing and deployment stages along with all phases of the change management activities.
