When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength."When I look back on my journey so far, this is exactly the guiding principle. After graduating from high school, I did not know what to do, so I went to Scandinavia with my rucksack, went on tour with a crazy punk band and went to hospital as a nursing assistant. My passion for innovation, not only in the sense of creating, but moreover in operationalising, manifested itself in this seemingly disorientated phase. To have nothing and to create something out of it - that is exactly my world. Whether as product owner in the X-Lab, as product trainer, product manager, project manager at MAN Truck & Bus AG and RIO or as a manager at encoway - I always wanted everyone around me to be better than myself. My great fortune was that I was able to do all the things I enjoy passing on today, to do them myself, to create them myself and to experience them myself.
