Took an opportunity to work alongside my brother, John Kenneth Barry Lange (1982 - 2023) as an in-house jack of all trades for a boutique video production company he founded and successfully ran from 2012 until his passing in 2023.

- Oversaw Gravitas’ direct to VOD distribution program, acquiring and programming over 20 unique titles per month- Worked directly with filmmaking teams to create grassroots marketing campaigns with little to no P&A spend- Improved marketing collateral provided by independent filmmaking teams to give their film best chance of success in crowded marketplace- Shot, lit & captured sound with A-level talent & edited into promotional packages for theatrical releases- Traveled to film festivals, met with filmmakers and sales agents as representative of Gravitas and reviewed films for potential acquisition- Evaluated blind feature film submissions for distribution consideration
