I have been a volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps in West Africa focusing on environmental and animal husbandry improvement projects, a staff scholar at an esteemed independent school in Birmingham, Alabama, a farm worker at the largest rainbow trout farm in the U.S., a Water Operations Manager at a quickly growing tilapia cage culture farm in western Kenya and the Assistant Production Manager for the global industry leader in eyed rainbow trout egg production located in the Pacific Northwest.Managing and leading under these diverse environments has shown me how to be successful at working with employees from different cultures and perspectives.
