In a consulting capacity served as the local technical point of contact in support of the Deltek FMS financial management system. Provided technical and customer support for both companies that were new adopters of the software needing implementation/conversion consulting, as well as long time users of the software needing more advanced technical and customer support to maximize the value received from their investment in the software.
