Recruited to become President/CEO under the terms of the acquisition, my responsibilities included establishing employment policies for the Company and recruiting/managing the mine exploration team. Other duties included budgeting, community and Indigenous Relations and mentoring subsidiaries CEO's on employment standards. As CEO, resolved a roadblock awhile maintaining corporate share valuations and expanded the resource by more than 200% from 200M tonnes to 700M tonnes.

Resolved a bitter 12 year property dispute and secured mining rights to a 50,000 ha coking coal property. Leveraged agreement to complete a private equity financing, recruited staff and then managed exploration program in compliance with BC Employment Standards, the BC Ministry of Mines and Securities Commissions in BC, AB and Ont. Investor who bought shares in 2008 for $0.05 to $0.25 received free trading stock valued at $1.52 on a 1:1 share exchange in 2011.
