MOLP is a leadership development program at Citi for high performing military officers transitioning to the civilian workforce. Over the course of two years, participants complete three 8-month long rotations in various lines of business, exiting the program at the Vice President level or higher. In my time on program, I have completed rotations as a Risk and Controls Officer, Information Security Policy Lead Analyst, and a Cybersecurity Lead Analyst.

Develop, train, and mentor junior officers of the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army in the application of indirect fires, maintenance, operations, and leadership, through a rigorous six-month course. Responsible for the continuous improvement of the curriculum to anticipate future service needs, integration of new technology, and keep pace with current global trends.

Directed the efforts of several cross functional departments to coordinate logistics, medical requirements, maintenance, and allocated resources for an organization with assets valued at $106.4M; with a quarterly maintenance budget of $115K. Facilitated the transportation of equipment and personnel utilizing air, land, and sea modes of transportation globally.

Was responsible for identifying future training, licensing, and material requirements 12 months in advanced, then implementing a plan of action accordingly.
