- Assist the Executive and Associate Directors in the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) plan and execute programming such as Family Weekend collaboratively with members internal and external to our team.- Lead and coordinate smaller pop-up style programing through our “Together at Penn” initiative.-Support new student group (club) registration and returning group training, including an annual day-long “Student Organization Summit.”- Communicate with students and student groups via the creation and publication of a monthly newsletter, social media posts, and web presence via the OSA Wordpress site - optimizing for accessibility and user experience.- Recruit and supervise our team of student interns and peer educators.- Oversee processes and allocation of space use along Locust Walk.- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility through the alignment of programming and events within budget parameters.- Completed training to access Penn’s “BEN Financials” system as a PO Manager to assist OSA’s Financial Services Center team during seasons of heavy workload.- Co-Chair of LEAP (LGBTQ+ Employees at Penn Resource Group).

- Engaged with students at the beginning of the application process, often serving as the first point of contact between students and the college. - Full time intern during the summer months in the visit office, planning, scheduling, and executing campus visits for prospective students and their families. - Assisted with planning and execution of two Summer Preview Day visits and worked in a team setting to collectively acquire over 1800 inquiries from interested students across our sponsor booths at an annual summer festival.
