Performing hardware and software maintenance at a location with 3,000 employees. Was part of a systems migration where the computer systems at National Semiconductor had to conform to Texas Instruments, who had bought National Semiconductor. TI was using Windows 7, and some of National's databases only used Windows XP. It was our job to help National make the transition to be part of Texas Instruments.

Duties include: Learn the nature, scope, and objectives of each assigned field operation and specific procedures to be followed.
