With over 14 years of experience in IT management and field services engineering, I am a passionate and driven professional who strives to deliver excellent solutions for complex problems. I currently work as a Field Services Engineer at Accenture Federal Services, where I support the development and deployment of innovative technologies for federal clients. I recently completed an internship at the same company, where I gained valuable skills in project reporting, manufacturing process improvement, and help desk support. I also am perusing a bachelor's degree in finance and fluency in Japanese, which enable me to understand and communicate with diverse stakeholders and markets. As a former submarine IT Manager at the US Navy, I have a strong background in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing IT infrastructure and security, and optimizing operational efficiency and performance. I am motivated by the mission of Accenture Federal Services to help transform how government agencies serve citizens and communities, and I am eager to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to their success.
