• MANAGEMENT – Global responsible for group accounting, finance, IT, QA and documentation, reporting to the chairman of the board and the CEO. The group consist of 8 Danish and 17 foreign companies, 9 of these are.
• STRATEGY – Together with the sales and the production director responsible for making and successfully implementing a highly ambitious growth strategy in the group including integrating it into the CSR strategy.
• REPORTING – Responsible for the global management and financial reporting including budgeting consolidation and accounting.

• BANKS – Responsible for the daily contact to banks globally including liquidity cash and currency management.

• IT – Responsible for the successful implementation of the ERP system Aspect/4 to replace a system made by our own IT department.
• RESULTS – As a part of our strategy an integrated part of the company was sold off. I was as the senior financial manager responsible for providing the basis for the contract, as well as participating in the.

• MANAGEMENT – Responsible for controlling a portfolio of 4 production companies.
• REPORTING – Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting, consolidation and reporting to the stock exchange listed Dutch parent company.
• ACQUISITIONS – The group strategy was very aggressive in mergers and acquisitions. A part of the job was to integrate the acquisitions into the group reporting and ERP system platform (MOVEX).
• RESULTS – Successfully integration of 2 German production companies and implementing MOVEX in a Polish subsidiary

• MANAGEMENT – Responsible for the bookkeeping department with 1 – 2 employees.
• INTERNATIONALLY – The company was expanding heavily I was involved in founding and starting up 4 new foreign subsidiaries and integrating 2 acquisitions and setting up reporting.
• ACHIEVEMENTS – Experience in managing a fast growing international group.
