Responsible for meeting the trailer and tank washing needs of our customers at an outlet for the largest independent provider of comprehensive cleaning services for portable bulk containers in North America. Manage human capital to insure quality of work and safety. Ensure compliance with ADEM, EPA and OSHA regulations for Waste Water Treatment and disposal, RCRA/CERCLA storage and shipping of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and develop Emergency Action plans in case of spill or other disaster. Lead sales and operational efforts to maximize profitability.

Oversaw sales and rentals of construction equipment (from heavy industrial equipment to hand tools), as a branch manager for one of the largest equipment rental companies in the world. It was my responsibility to ensure our location was dedicated to meeting the equipment rental and supply needs of our customers on a daily basis, while insuring workplace safety and maintaining profitability. Other responsibilities included: Leading branch sales and operational efforts; preparing and presenting monthly profit and loss statements and yearly budgets; utilizing internal reporting tools to optimize branch financial performance; coordinating activities between branch departments to improve productivity; fleet management; maintaining inventory levels.
