I am a third-year business economics student at UCLA, with a strong interest in commercial real estate. I am a motivated, collaborative, and adaptable team player who strives to deliver high-quality work and results. My goal is to leverage my strong academic performance (3.9 GPA) and professional experience to pursue a full-time career in commercial real estate after graduation.I completed two commercial real estate internships during my time at UCLA. This includes a 10-week internship at Abacus Capital in the summer of 2024, assisting with underwriting and due diligence for multifamily properties on the West Coast. In addition, I worked a 7-month Research Analyst Internship at CBRE, supporting the Net Lease Advisory team with data entry, market analysis, and report preparation for retail properties. Furthermore, I am the Director of Recruitment for the Bruin Real Estate Association, a student organization that provides educational and networking opportunities for students interested in commercial real estate careers.I am eager to learn from industry experts, contribute to impactful projects, and develop my skills and competencies within the industry.
