- Co-ordinate intelligence led pro-active policing of rural locations, building on the expertise of relevant stakeholders and ensuring a contribution from appropriate Force resources, in order to support local and Force initiatives aimed at improving the detection and prevention of crime and anti social behaviour.- Develop and sustain productive working relationships with agencies, groups and individuals in the local community, improving the intelligence product and extending the range of possible options for crime reduction and law enforcement.- Work with Stakeholders to develop and implement NIM compliant systems for the collection and sharing of data, including mapping processes, problem profiles and T&CG processes in the partnership environment.- Coach and develop police officers, police staff and relevant partnership organisations in the use of appropriate legislation, crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour reduction techniques and initiatives,providing advice, support and guidance, and evaluating results, in order to maintain high quality operating standards and disseminate best practice throughout the Country.- Liaise with individuals and groups, both internal and external to the organisation, in order to maintain andimprove the flow of intelligence to and from the community and maintain public confidence in the police.- Establish and maintain community based contacts, covering a wide range of individuals and groups, in order to maintain an awareness of local problems relating to environmental and rural crime and anti social behaviour.
