Jaycar is a privately owned business of ~$400m in annual turnover operating in both retail and wholesale sectors and in both Australia and New Zealand. The company sources predominantly private label products for sale through its company owned stores. Products range from electronics to outdoor uses.

Inghams Group listed on the ASX in November. I drafted sections of the Prospectus, working with Investment Banks and Legal teams and have since provided advice and completed projects in the following areas:1. Design new Board reporting and provide training / handover to Inghams team to continue ongoing preparation. This included liaising with a number of areas within the business to provide input to the report;2. Develop treasury policy and executed replacement of interest rate swaps, working with treasury advisors3. Develop standard format templates for Board papers;4. Developed bespoke reporting solutions for trade debtors;5. Developed processes and reporting to newly formed Audit Committee;6. General consulting to the finance team on accounting & reporting matters.

Acting CFO for largest division of Metcash Limited, representing ~70% of revenues and profits.This is a broad based finance role encompassing all aspects of Accounting, FP&A, capital project assessment, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.I have also commenced with ownership of the Program Management Office for the strategic program of work planned as part of the Diamond Transformation plan and the recently announced working smarter program.

Responsible for all aspects of M&A and Strategic Planning coordination for the Metcash Group.
