Michael Lait's interest in product and service began at age 15, when he bussed tables and cleaned kitchens of a high-profile wedding venue in his home of Essex, England. As a teenager, he worked as a waiter at a restaurant in Glasgow, Scotland, and studied Hospitality & Culinary Arts at Westminster Kingsway College London. He traded apron for suit and tie at 18, moving to Switzerland's Les Roches International School of Hotel Management. A global thinker, he would go on to work in hospitality management in Miami, Florida.Michael returned to the UK with a passion for service strategy and customer engagement, but with a new and strong entrepreneurial vision. He learned the ropes of sales by selling elite cars for eighteen months, and graduated from the Institute of Leadership and Management's Business Apprentice Program in 2013. All the while, Michael was looking for an exciting venture that would suit his background and passion.
