About Michael Lally

Accomplished senior level business development, sales, and growth leader with experience in mature and start-up technically oriented companies. Also possesses in-depth executive, board (corporate, non-profit, and civic) and elected political experience.Prior to joining Replica in 2019, Mike had spent over 30 years in the engineering consulting field. Most recently, he was a Vice-president and Shareholder with Olsson, a 1500 plus person full-service engineering consulting firm. At Olsson, he had responsibility for sales and growth efforts across the firm’s fastest growing region which included Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Arkansas. He was also a member of the firm’s leadership team focused on establishing a presence in the state of Texas for the firm. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Geological Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla) and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is a professional engineer and professional geologist. Mike has also been deeply involved in the greater Kansas City community for over 30 years. From 1992-2001, he was a City Councilman for the City of Overland Park, Kansas. He has also served as chairman of the Overland Park Economic Development Council; chairman of the Downtown Overland Park Partnership; president of the Holy Cross Catholic School Advisory Council; chairman of the Blue Springs Economic Development Council; chairman of Johnson County Developmental Supports; chairman of Don Bosco Centers; chairman of the Olathe Economic Development Council; and president of the Kansas City Industrial Council. Currently, Mike serves in the following capacities: board member of Mutual Aid Exchange Insurance; board member of CU Holding Company; advisory board member of Enterprise Bank and Trust; board member of Johnson County Community College Foundation; and board member of the Association of Corporate Growth (Kansas City Chapter). He is a 2007 graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber’s Centurions Leadership Program and in 2015 was listed in Ingram’s Magazine as one of “50 Kansans You Should Know”.
