J. Michael Lamberth J. Michael Lamberth is a member at Lamberth, Cifelli, Ellis & Nason, P.A., a unique client oriented “boutique” bankruptcy/commercial litigation firm. Michael has been a Lawyer Delegate to the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Conference on six occasions. He served on the Advisory Committee of the Judicial Conference of the United States, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, for six years. He recently served on the Bench and Bar Committee for the Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of Georgia. Michael is a Master in the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.Building upon his wide range of experience gained in over more than 40 years of practice, Michael also provides service as a neutral in dispute resolution and as an arbitrator. He is registered with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution in both general civil mediation and arbitration. Michael has lectured and written numerous materials dealing with debtor/creditor and bankruptcy law. These include materials or seminar presentations on: Problem Loans and Workouts; Bankruptcy for the Non- Specialist; and Judgment Enforcement in Georgia.
