Monitored & resolved communication issues arising from client’s not understanding their own or their partner’s mental changes, coached clients’ conversations to help keep dialogue flowing, reassured clients when necessary that they were safe and exactly where they needed to be, took clients’ minds off of whatever existent troubling impulses they were having (to go to work, go “home,” pick up their “child” from school, etc.), recorded and reported to primary physician and hospice nurses when applicable changes in clients’ moods, behaviors, eating and sleeping habits, bathroom times and amounts, or anything else out of the ordinary, operated in cooperation with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
