Provide strategic support on National level Cybersecurity efforts and advice on how National Security Memorandums and Executive Orders impact Departments and Agencies.Advise on the functions of the National Manager and process for certification on security solutions.Lead engagements with key personnel working to adhere to national level policies in key related technologies such as Zero Trust implementation and other emerging initiatives.

• Exercise delegated authorities of the National Manager (Director of the National Security Agency) setting priorities and providing oversight to the execution of NSA’s cybersecurity mission through responsibilities defined in DoD and NSA Directives and Policies.• Develop a broadly coordinated strategy to secure a modern digital battlefield from sea-floor to space, and from sensor to shooter in a highly contested environment. This strategy addresses technology, processes, and financials; as well as methods for sustaining a decisive advantage.• Reassert NSA’s leadership role and central authority as the Nation’s premier provider of cryptographic and cybersecurity capabilities.• Align NSA’s cybersecurity innovation and technology transfer activities with cybersecurity challenges to yield targeted solutions that disrupt persistent cyber adversaries.• Lead the effort to recruit and develop a world-class cadre of cybersecurity professionals that solve the nation’s hardest cybersecurity challenges.• Alternate member on the NSA Board of Directors.
