In 1999, I was relocate to Tetra Pak Foshan ( JV) as Businesses Center manager to set up a Businesses Center which covered all Supply Chain functions; logistics, procurement, planning and shipping.Aftert Tetra Pak Foshan for 9 months then I was appointed as Factory Manager in Tetra Pak Beijing (JV) in 2000.During the period in Beijing, I was the first factory to achieve all KPIs "Green" among Tetra Pak global. And I managed to develop the local organization to link with the Tetra Pak global organization.In 2004 when new Beijing factory start, I was appointed as Operation Manager/Deputy Factory manager in new Beijing factory to make sure all the transition successfully maintained. And also I took the position as WCM Leader(World Class Management) to lead the organization toward TPM. And successfully to received the JIPM award in 2006.In 2007 Tetra Pak decided to build a new factory in Hohhot, so I was appointed as EEM ( Early Equipment Management) Site Manager to the project. In charge all the production equipments ordering, installation and commissioning and also set up the future factory organization and start recruitment one year before factory start up..And for the project was successful to achieved the OTIF ( On Time In Full) and Vertical Start Up.
