Ownership of OnStream’s operating model supporting proposed changes to structure, process, systems and information. Design and implement data and process architecture strategy, manage internal IS relationship and external IS vendors. Responsible for training, business analysis, and system change.

Business lead in all matters relating to implementation of OnStream's Transformation Programme to provide a dual fuel, smart metering platform and organisational structure. Included significant business restructure and relocation; implementation of six IS systems covering customer interface via web front end; workforce scheduling and dispatch; field force handheld device software; billing and accounts receivable; data migration into a new asset repository for ~4.5 million assets; generation of industry data flows; training of ~240 field staff and ~120 back office employees.Managed delivery of activities by a wide range of resources, including internal staff, contractors and external third party vendors.Ownership of the implementation plan and weekly reporting at Programme Management Meeting.
