Manage the global “D360” middle office outsourcing suite of derivative and collateral products including the business development, new product, technology and regulatory initiatives required to expand the product adoption with current and new clients. Oversaw products $28mm P&L and built significant sales pipeline. Lead client education and sales strategies to support the complex derivative and collateral outsourcing products in an evolving regulatory environment. Created and continue to develop new “Margin Plus” product to support evolving client needs by recognizing the convergence of collateral and securities finance’s liquidity solutions. Lead Securities Finance’s CCP project to protect over $75 million in revenue that will be impacted when Basel Capital Rules become implemented by banks globally.
