P&L responsibility for $600M in revenue for Avient's Distribution segment. Led ~45 person commercial and technical teams across the eastern and southern United States and Canada with responsibility for sales growth, profitability, and supplier relationships. Launched Avient Distribution's digital strategy, spearheading cross-functional team to build out Avient's digital / ecommerce platform to meet customers' evolving needs (now on formerra.com).

Led all aspects of PlastiComp's integration into PolyOne following the acquisition, focusing on safety, employee retention, and no lost customers. Developed and implemented strategy to leverage PolyOne's global commercial team to drive growth. Managed the transition to PolyOne's HR policies, most notably for compensation and benefits. Integrated PolyOne's and PlastiComp's financial systems to enable reporting.
