Auditing new probate estates that enter the business for business risks and contentious issues. I interpret Wills and beneficiaries entitled under the laws of Intestacy. I confirm property ownership using the Land Registry portal. I also generate letters to executors and beneficiaries detailing key aspects of the estate distribution.I also deal with early distribution payments, checking inheritance forms, basic debt recovery and preparation of statutory declarations.
