I am a Senior Advisor within the Queensland Department of Transport & Main Roads (TMR) current managing TMR’s Cycling & Walking Technical Research Program, including the running and coordination of Technical Training Courses, prioritising and overseeing Technical Publications, and building technical competencies in staff and contractors. I have extensive experience in Bicycle and Pedestrian Transport Planning, Traffic Data Collection/Analysis, Road Planning/Design, Road Safety and contract procurement.I am a hard worker with an analytical mind and a strong focus on attention to detail. I am able to apply myself and work diligently and always complete set tasks. I am a quiet and reliable worker and work best following clear procedures following logical processes with clear purpose. I enjoy developing technical competencies and capabilities in people, allocating them to work, guiding them through as they learn the job, and seeing them grow and develop.
