Working as a consultant pre-construction / design manager on newly built residential sites of houses and apartment blocks ranging from £1m>£10m solely responsible for co-ordinating design teams in the technical design phase, obtaining statutory approvals including planning, building control and warranty approval, CDM & health & safety, compliance with employer requirements, contract administration and client liaison.

Acted as Project Lead on delivering a range of residential care home schemes on sensitive sites. Leading a dedicated team taking the schemes through the full range of work stages from feasibility, planning and construction.
