I have a diverse background and my most recognizable trait is my ability to quickly assimilate information, and effectively integrate it into my work...i.e., I'm constantly learning and growing my skills. I'm the first person to jump in head first on a new, and even scary endeavor, just for the opportunity to challenge myself and learn something new. My communication skills have been recognized time and again, as I have a gift for disseminating information to diverse groups very effectively and in a way that is best personalized to their learning style.My first career was as a chef, I opened 32 restaurants. Then I spent the next 12 1/2 years working in Executive Protection for high profile civilian and government clients as well as multiple international humanitarian relief agencies. Two years ago I left the field and accepted a Workforce Management Analyst Position as part of the newly formed process improvement team that oversaw all operations for the under-65 telesales division for Anthem. I was let go Feb 2016 due to a mass layoff.
