Territory Account Manager
CurrentResponsible for the retention of existing wholesale fuel delivery contracts by and through strong customer service and renewal of said contracts. Tactful service will provide lead generation from existing customers and referrals to new customer opportunities which are then pushed to Sunoco LP new business development group. Service to accounts would be a mixture of timely acknowledgement of customer phone calls, text, and emails. Further service to include regular in person site visits with said customers and their employees.Additional position responsibilities would entail regular access of Sales Force and billing process & approval via SAP.
