The Dreamforce squad in the Digital team focused primarily on supporting and developing Challenger's implementation of Salesforce. This included working towards a large upgrade from an outdated Salesforce classic implementation to a state of the art Salesforce lightning implementation. As a QA Engineer, I helped with a variety of responsibilities to achieve this goal.Achievements:.Heavily contributed to all aspects of system testing for a large-scale upgrade of Challenger’s Salesforce implementation from the legacy classic version to the more modern and up-to-date version called Lightning..Handled testing for a wide range of functionality derived from data feeds from various external Financial entities including ASIC, Boardroom, AMP, BT, as well as internal integrations with Challenger’s financial systems..Developed training materials and documentation using tools such as Confluence and Microsoft Stream which helped enable a successful transition of Challenger’s institutional team from an outdated version of Salesforce to an early version of our implementation of Salesforce Lightning..Worked flexibly to handle both the testing and support functions for the team which enabled the team to forego having a dedicated System/support analyst and hence save on the resourcing budget..Regularly presented to stakeholders during Sprint Reviews to showcase new functionality developed over a sprint, which freed up time for the developers to continue with their development work which was often the team’s primary bottleneck..Helped developers with setting up and maintaining windows servers which enabled several key weekly jobs to continue running without issue..Assisted the Dreamforce product owner and business analyst by working with stakeholders to produce user stories as well as write defect tickets in JIRA, freeing up some of their time so they can attend more vital meetings with stakeholders.

The Client, Distribution and Finance Systems Support (CDFS Support) team at Challenger Limited was dedicated to providing high quality systems support for the systems which fall under the CDFS banner at Challenger Limited. As a Systems Analyst, my role was to help drive and support this team vision by taking on a number of responsibilities each assisting in my teams ability to provide high quality support to our end users. Achievements:.Handled level 1 and 2 support requests for a very large variety of systems including Salesforce, Workday, Azure DevOps, Challenger’s Public websites/tools, DocuSign, Site24x7, Sitecore, Okta, Eloqua and more which enabled flexibility in the team and ensured that all systems could be covered at all times..Routinely resolved 30+ support requests weekly, regularly exceeding the quantities resolved by other team members and ensured a fast turn-around time for stakeholders..Took charge regularly (Roughly twice a month) to handle major incidents affecting critical business and client facing systems which required notifying stakeholders, escalating the issue to developers/vendors and hosting post-incident ceremonies to determine next steps to mitigate any future occurrences of the incident..Created dozens of data reports/extracts using both SQL as well as Salesforce and utilized GIT and JAMS job scheduler to enable them to be sent at designated periods to stakeholders..Produced a large amount of documentation resources including procedure documents in Confluence and ServiceNow which were available to both support team members and end-users which significantly cut down the amount of queries received, saving several hours weekly..Setup website outage monitoring using Site24x7 for several of Challenger Limiteds websites which enabled notifications of outages affecting my team's systems to be sent to our inbox and phones which resulted in much faster resolutions of outages.
