2016 – Today - Joined Planet in 2016 with one Objective, which was to build an International Retail Sales Solution, which would exponentially grow the International Sales Revenue of our Partner Brands. 2012 – 2016 – Appointed General Manager of the UK Post Office Network with responsibility for leading ‘Cultural and Sales Transformation’ of the 11,000 Branches 2008 – Appointed Head of Sales for the 11,000 branches and built a ‘Sales and Service Operating Model’, which had to deliver a £1bn revenue target including £2bn in currency sales.2006 – Appointed Head of Sales for the Joint Venture Business (POFS) between the Bank of Ireland and Post Office. The Challenge here was to build a ‘Sales and Service Operating Model’, which supported the introduction of Financial Services to 11000 branches within the Post Office Network. 2005 – I was deployed to the UK to lead on the 'Cultural and Sales Transformation' of a Building Society Bank of Ireland owned called Bristol and West. The business was sold in 2006.2003 – Appointed Head of Sales for the Bank of Ireland Consumer Lending and General Insurance Business, which was a €300 million business.2001 – Appointed to design, build and execute the overall Bank of Ireland ‘Sales and Service Operating Model’
