I have nearly 20 years of experience in the Leadership industry with a focus in claims administration and client service. I've gained knowledge of various areas including Group Disability (STD & LTD), FMLA and absence management through my work within the National Account market space. Over this time I became very familiar with a variety of different Claims Management programs and Training, helping to educate and guide clients on how to find the right solutions for their Disability Insurance needs and return to work programs.
