Assisted in ODM implementation and support, as well as provided feedback regarding changes to an online hydro-data sharing platform.

-Leverage GIS software to analyze group epidemiological interests from a geographical standpoint-Create, and optimize, Google Adword Campaigns to increase sarcoidosis-diagnosed patient enrollment in a University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics research study (WISE).-Identify and subsequently construct suitable datasets within (geo)databases by utilizing the Python programming language to scrape and process high volumes of freely available data

-Provide coding support, using Python, to Kevin Matthew's research, by processing large volumes of Iowa Cancer Registry data and computing various metrics (ie. incidence rate) used in the creation of "disease maps" (Iowa Cancer Maps 2.0).-Implemented an iterative approach (Python) to logistic regression (pandas library) and cox proportional hazards model (pandas library and RPy2) to conduct location-based survival analysis of Iowa Cancer Registry Data.

- Assist in Dr. Kang Zhao's research, related to teams and networks, by implementing Python code to construct web crawlers (dataset construction)(Scrapy), process and insert data into relational databases (MySQL, MySQLdb-python), and to then construct and analyze networks (Network X).
