I'm an outgoing mechanical engineer with expertise in technical sales, project engineering, safety, and manufacturing. I enjoy learning new skills, meeting people, and problem solving. I especially love learning from seasoned coworkers and managers, and using that knowledge to teach new workers so they can become more productive. After earning my BS at Missouri S&T, I cut my teeth in the steel industry in a variety of roles. I managed a crew of hourly operations personnel, melting 300T batches of steel in North America's newest fully integrated steel plant. I was part of a reliability team that helped improve up-time for ladle cranes with capacities of up to 450T. I was also the safety manager for the largest department in the plant. My experience in the steel industry served me well when I took on a new role as a project engineer, designing industrial crushers & milling equipment. The technical background I honed in this job has become invaluable in my current position as Regional Sales Manager at Williams Crusher. I enjoy the opportunity to meet with customers, build relationships, educate clients on our equipment, and develop specs to meet their needs.I love hearing the success stories from my customers on how Williams' equipment has enhanced their operation, created a new revenue stream, or saved them money in ways other machines simply couldn't match.
