Online Booking and Job Control Board (OLB-JCB) Business Blueprinting workshop and review based on Dealer and HCPI requirements and/or standard process, Review of Functional System Design (FSD) for DBM Service. These are HCPI’s functionality requirements that requires additional development on top of SAP standard functions, Unit testing for DBM Service and OLB-JCB system based on approved blueprints and FSD’s, Development of DBM-Service and OLB-JCB Training Materials and User’s Manuals, DMS Service and OLB-JCB training for Dealer key persons and super users prior to systems implementation, System Implementation: Dealer Go-live team lead for all modules (Sales, After-sales and FICO), Post Go-live support to dealers: resolve system issues and concern raised by users and monitoring of transaction back logs, Work closely with dealer to resolved system issues and HCPI/dealer deliverables during and after/post go-live

Ensure dealers’ compliance to Honda Service Operations Standards, Work closely with Dealers to asses After-Sales Business (Service Intake, Labor Sales, Parts Sales, & CSI) and identify areas for improvement, Assist dealers in the implementation of promos and programs, Address issues affecting dealer operation and profitability, Prescribe and agree with the dealer on necessary activities/action plans to improve dealer performance
