Click Energy was an electricity retailer servicing residential and small business customers in Victoria, South-east Queensland, and New South Wales (subsequently acquired by AGL). In this role, I was accountable for leading the company’s multi-level marketing key partners - ACN and Amway.√ Pitched to potential new 3rd party channels, negotiating, and successfully increasing the number by 300%,√ Improved compliance across all channels by establishing clear policies, and strong communication through hosting regular forums, and monthly reporting.√ Took over the partnership with ‘On the Move’ (a move home provider) and outsourced the call centre sales component. Working with TSA, built a 35-seat call centre and increased conversion by 10%.√ Won the annual CEO award, as a result of my outstanding performance.√ Established and presented at all ACN and Amway events.

SIQ was a sales and marketing company focused on delivering sales and marketing campaigns for a range of organisations in Australia and New Zealand, but with deep expertise in the energy industry. In this role, leading a total team of 150, I was accountable for managing all residential and SME field sales, and for all inbound & outbound call centre projects across four sites in Australia & NZ. Also, for new business development. √ Pitched for and won $2M of new revenue.√ Increased SME sales by 160%, simultaneously increasing residential sales by 15%.√ In FY18, delivered the highest revenue the company had achieved in the preceding five years.√ Sourced and established a door-to-door sales team and an inbound call centre in New Zealand.
