I am determined to do well in my job and am determined to have a successful career as well as make the company I work for more competitive. I am goal oriented and I like to meet challenges head-on. I take pride in my excellent punctuality in the work place and the customer satisfaction comments I receive in my current role. I currently work as a second level customer support advisor based around telecommunications for Sky. My day to day duties would include fault management, order recovery and customer support. The fault management side of things requires me to take ownership of faults and see them all the way through to a resolution that is satisfactory for the customer. It may involve constant back and forward communication between myself and the Telephone line providers to ensure the quickest resolution time possible.
