I am comfortable making the million-dollar decisions. I understand the inspectors’ perspective and I have an in-depth knowledge of code requirements. I excel at problem solving within program guidelines. But I am not bound by guidelines and standard operating procedure. Many times, my teams and I have developed solutions that worked, were efficient and didn’t necessarily fall within the confines of expected parameters.I am known for taking a proactive approach to problems.
