A second generation in a hotelier family I have been classically trained by my father in all aspects of formal banquet service including the French, Russian, and German styles. Through my experience, I have learned on my own, the many aspects of overall banquet service and attention to detail by absorbing the information I have acquired from both small and large boutique hotel properties and larger union companies. I pride myself in my own unique style and approach in dealing with difficult situations while always remaining calm and confident in any decisions that I make.
