I have 37 years experience in Financial Lines and prior to joining Lockton, was head of Management Liability insurance at two major global broking firms.I have had the lead client account executive role for many of the FTSE 100, advising on Management Liability exposures, designing D&O insurance programmes and handling large and complex securities class action claims.I have written articles on corporate governance and D&O insurance which were published in the industry and national press. I am a regular speaker at conferences and run educational sessions on D&O for clients and insurance professionals. I have run training academies for Lloyd's ,AIRMIC. ICSA, IUA, CII and international associations.I am also a specialist in Crime insurance with deep knowledge of the policy forms and markets for commercial crime insurance and a particular interest in criminal psychology and the shifting trends in financial crime
