Responsible for the planning, budgeting, expenditure control, security, and regulatory compliance of the council's corporate offices, as well as ensuring that they are operational and meet program and safety needs. This position also oversees and manages the fleet vehicles used at the corporate offices. Key Responsibilities:Assess and analyze corporate office facility and fleet needs in light of usage trends, revenue, and service needs.• Develop short and long-range budgets and preventative maintenance plans for corporate offices and office based fleet to ensure staff, member, and guest safety and toobtain maximum life of council owned assets.Develop risk management procedures, emergency response plans, and emergency management plans related to corporate offices and office based fleet.Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws related to the environmental, health, safety, and insurance requirements that affect the corporate facilities and vehicles.Manage ongoing leasing needs for all corporate offices throughout the organization's jurisdiction; this includes conducting research, monitoring current contracts and industry trends, advising on best practices, and negotiating with landlords.Provide leadership role in discussions and projects where architects, engineers, or construction contractors are involved, ensuring discussions are aligned with council budget or capital campaign constraints.Maintain facility and vehicle related vendor relationships and coordinate fulfillment of service agreements.
