The Regional Readiness & Test Delivery team is responsible for the global execution of on-site readiness activity in support of the reverse logistics operation. This team works with all repair suppliers, across the globe, to ensure the effectiveness and on time delivery of repair processes for all lines of business. Key focus on driving excellence in preserving CE, optimizing cost in the reverse flow, and rapid proactive delivery to meet the customers' needs.
Senior Principal Engineer - Global New Product Introduction
Promoted to Senior Principal Engineer within the services engineering repair organization. Role expansion, in addition to current Enterprise responsibilities, will include the adoption of the Dell thin client (Wyse) line of business for NPI. Additionally the role will foster expanded growth in administrative activity, and cohesive team subject matter expertise to supplement team lead responsibilities.
Team Lead- Global Npi, Product Engineering, & Packaging Team
In addition to my responsibilities as the global NPI - Enterprise lead, the position has been expanded to include acting as global team lead supporting management for the NPI, Product Engineering, and Packaging team. This includes administrative activities, global standardization, leadership, mentoring, and subject matter expertise for activity on the team. In alignment with this role I performed a global roadshow (in response to the Dell-EMC merger) for key stakeholders within the Dell legacy organization, and EMC peers, to obtain global strategic alignment for future optimizations in providing the best possible DellEMC Repair customer experience. Some key strategical achievements include: ownership of operational opportunities for the Repair team during the EMC merger, the creation and management of the global Repair organization’s primary standardization and information repository for all KPIs/Trackers/Roadmaps/Reference material, obtained the first global NPI tracking standard and the first optimized cloud-based tracking utility with customized global visibility to all key stakeholders within Dell, and optimized the global carry in center test tool provision management strategy (that supports 1000+ sites) by leveraging an automated delivery system.
Global Npi Lead - Enterprise

As well as post-launch process stand-ups in new regions to support sustaining customer operations. Additional responsibilities included global DOA ownership, carry in center standardization, and numerous customer-facing process/product improvements. Received commendations and awards for the stand-up of a global hard drive production operation that directly supported service stock demand driving global spend, and turnaround time down. Received another award for helping mitigate the significant service stock impacts of the M&A activity around the Compellent hard drive portfolio and the obsolescence of many of the legacy parts; driving significant spend savings and customer experience improvement. Drove $10mil+ cost savings initiative to provide a hard drive alternative substitute and production path to replace the obsolesce of the 3.5” hard drive in several platforms. Obtained a key strategic win for the Repair team by aligning with the server motherboard ODMs to adopt the Dell-owned and cloud-based globalized test strategy. Future state implementation will provide a company-first end to end strategic evaluation methodology. This initiative will optimize the enterprise customer experience during the reverse loop, and drive significant improvements upstream by leveraging the globalized performance metrics.
