Assets: Krasnoleninsky (Palyanovsky, Pottymsko-Inginsky, Vostochno-Inginsky). • Improved 2P oil Reserves by 20% from 1.6 to 1.9 Billion boe. • Managed water flood program in 9-spot pattern(s) for pressure maintenance to maintain a total field production of 6,500 boepd. Highlight: Planned and executed RusPetro’s first ever horizontal 10% below budgeted cost and with zero LTI. The well represents a milestone in the company’s history by extending the known lateral extent of a high permeability sandstone in the Upper Jurassic significantly beyond its previously known boundaries, thereby opening up a development area for 20 horizontal wells in a waterflood line drive pattern.

Almaty & Aktau, Kazakhstan

Managed a team of 9 petroleum and reservoir engineers to maintain a daily production of 10,500 boepd from two mature onshore assets (oil/gas/condensate) by consistent downhole pump optimization, by water injection and miscible gas injection. Assets: Dunga, Saigak. • Prepared Dunga Phase II Field Development plan comprising 198 additional production and injection wells, as well as a major processing facilities upgrade. • Created an EOR LPG re-injection project for gas utilization and secured government approval. • As Maersk Oil Joint Venture Co-ordinator, I effectively managed the collaboration with our partner shareholders in the Dunga PSA: Oman Oil and Partex Corporation. • Prepared and conducted quarterly JV meetings. • As Reserves Co-ordinator I consistently performed Reserves evaluation and reporting as per SPE PRMS to Maersk Oil Head office in Copenhagen.

Doha, Qatar

Asset: Al Shaheen field, offshore - Qatar's largest oil field by production and reserves. Daily oil production +300,000 bbls/d. Main reservoirs: Nahr-Umr (sandstone), Shuaiba, Kharaib (carbonate). • Successfully implemented a field development plan of >120 new ultra-long horizontal wells, typically >25,000 ft length. • Performed production surveillance and waterflood optimization for 50+ horizontal wells in both, line drive and star patterns. • Carried out pressure logging (FPWD) using the innovative StethoScope tool. • Duty engineer and co-author of technical paper about first StethoScope job in Qatar. • Performed systematic gas lift modelling and optimization using PROSPER. • Performed Reservoir simulation (ECLIPSE) on models with corner point and unstructured (PEBI) grid geometries • Updated simulation models with dynamic data and re-matched them.
