Since 2011:• Responsible for the Production Management of 50+ clients in the Insurance and Investment Services Industries, leading a group of 3 Senior Managers and 70 associates supporting $65 million in annual revenue. • Key metrics include process improvements that enabled the group to absorb the workload of 12 associates from March 2012 to December 2014 while supporting an increasing revenue base.

• Responsible for the Implementation, Support and Delivery of all Client Data Integration solutions, leading a group of 150 associates. The primary objective to deliver within a standard and repeatable methodology to all Acxiom markets, over 200 client solutions, ensuring continual improvement in Acxiom’s profitability. • Key metrics include expense reductions and productivity improvements associated with continued efficiency in the delivery methodology: - Workforce cost reductions of over $1 million each year, saving 14% in labor expenses. - Transactions processed per month increased 75%. - Data processing jobs executed per associate increased 80%. - Data processing jobs executed per month increased 150%.• Global Client Services Pilot (2009) - Responsible for the rollout of a new operating structure for Acxiom’s Global Client Services Division, working with a small team of other senior leaders to test a new structure of managing client solutions using Lean Methodologies. Key Metrics include a rapid 30 day pilot rollout with 50 Acxiom client solutions and 200 associates.

• Responsible for the implementation of new business solutions and maintenance of all current Insurance production accounts, totaling $39 million in annual revenue. • Lead a team of highly qualified and motivated associates to implement 3 new marketing database solutions along with managing 5 existing marketing database solutions.• Along with the production and implementation staffs, accountabilities included the direct leadership of 4 other executives and sales support activities.

• Responsible for leading Business Units of 30 to 50 associates, managing solutions for Automotive, Insurance and Investment Services clients, with account teams located in Conway, Little Rock and Downers Grove, IL. • Launched Acxiom’s presence in the Investment Services industry by building a delivery unit and providing sales support to a new sales team; within two years, services and data solutions were delivered to 5 of the top investment industry brands, along with a multi-national marketing database sold and implemented for a top tier money transfer company.• As Acxiom made acquisitions in Illinois, Atlanta and Phoenix, led efforts to integrate the Acxiom culture among various new Acxiom locations. • Provided Account Management and Sales Support functions to our largest Insurance client, securing a contract renewal for a data acquisition application worth $25 million in Acxiom services and $16 million in hardware/software. Along with the Acxiom solution, managed 9 vendors representing an annual expense budget of over $70 million.

• Managed multiple list industry and automotive accounts while also providing sales support for the Automotive and List Brokerage Industries. • When Acxiom purchased Direct Media in 1996, the goal was to integrate the right brokerage accounts into the Direct Media Business Unit, terminate the smaller brokerage clients and distribute the remaining resources to Acxiom’s rapidly growing Financial Services Group. Once this was accomplished, the remaining team realigned to focus on the growth in the Automotive Industry.
