Over 20 yrs of experience in IT, with most of my career in Financial services and now in retail industry, focusing on digital and team transformation. I have broad experience focusing on client support/servicing, infrastructure management, project management, business analysis and team management. I have expertise in managing and building team capabilities, setting strategic roadmap by aligning with the business to solve problems, increase productivity and improve efficiency.
