• Responsible in managing a corporate wide Master Agent Project to serve the offshore fund business initiative
• Defined and documented all business requirements relating to the Investment Fund Service (IFS) application
• Collaborated and lead all business discussions with the business units such as operations, marketing, business development, finance in defining the business requirements relating to the Master Agent license
• Communicated with vendors in understanding the business requirements to develop the IFS application

• Responsible for Key Bank’s enterprise wide internet infrastructure, including design, implement, support, and strategic deployment to ensure 99.99% SLA up time for the corporation of 20,000 employees
• Head engineer responsible for seamless integration of the network infrastructure of acquisitions made by Key Corp
• Served as technology consultant to the various line of business to understand their needs, make recommendations, design appropriate network architectural solution and implementation it.
• Served as technical liaison in representing Key Bank to all external business partners or ASP to deploy business solutions to fulfill the business requirements
• Organized and collaborated with Project Management to ensure Key’s IT initiatives are successfully implemented
• Responsible for addressing network security concerns involving Key’s corporate external network using technologies such as IDS, firewalls with deep packet inspection capability, access control and traffic filtering.
