I started working at SVB in 1999, working in loan analysis, processing advances and payments and working on borrowing bases, then I joined the asset based lending group in 2001 (commercial finance). I processed payments and advances there as well for our accounts receivable clients for a few years. Around 2010, I went into booking of loans onto the loan system that we utilized, STUCKY, the main program where we kept our CFD loans. I would make sure that what was on the loan docs is what we put on the system. I would work with the lending teams to make sure we have the proper documentation necessary to book the facility. For about the next 12 years, from 2011 to present, I moved up to analyst and then Senior ops analyst, where I not only kept on what I was doing previously, I trained others on how to work on the systems at SVB. The main lending groups I did were the participation as well as the warehouse teams. The groups I worked with are tremendous to work with, and the lending teams have been grateful for the work that I have done. I have a good understanding of the bank operating systems at SVB. Before SVB, I worked as an intern at San Jose state student credit union as a teller and did the accounting ( balancing) as well. Bank/ loan/ teller operations is essentially what I have done since 1998 till the present, but willing to go into accounting for a bank or another field ( balancing of books, income statement, balance sheet).
