Driven, self-motivated individual ready to learn and contribute to any team. Started out working in retail for RadioShack, which gave me my first customer service experience. Duties included greeting customers and assisting with any questions they had, tending the cashier's counter, sold phones for all the major cell phone companies for commissions, restock shelves with merchandise as well as keep back stock in order. Moved on to Safeway after I took a break from working to take some classes at Skyline again. Started out as a bagger and eventually was promoted to GM clerk after adapting to working full-time. Duties included: stocking particular isles I was assigned to, keeping back stock in order, ordering more merchandise, backup bagger if needed.While working at Safeway I was recruited to work at a beer distribution company that works with the big grocery stores, Matagrano, Inc. This is where I learned to become an independent worker. My main duties as a merchandiser was to first receive new shipments of beverages at the store and stock the shelves and beer coolers first thing in the morning, then what ever was left over, I would have to place in back stock but organize it as well. I would basically do this at about 5-6 stores a day where I would have to coordinate with my supervisor on where the beer is going and when, as well as working with store managers for displays. Currently working as a Financial Services Consultant at SF Fire CU. Main duties include assisting members with basic financial transactions, opening and closing accounts, processing loan payments as well as processing new loans. I hope that I have emphasized my experience in customer service and that I strive to make my team and I better in any way possible. Thanks for reading!
